Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Our service technicians will strip down the machine and replace all worn and damaged parts to your instruction.

Labour charges are fixed which ensures you are aware of the cost upfront. We then fit genuine manufacture parts to your machine and all parts fitted come with a no-quibble 3 month guarantee.

For larger machines our estimates are FREE, and in the unlikely event that you request us not to proceed with your repair, it will be available for collection dismantled at no cost to yourself.

Warranty Repairs

We are pleased to be able to carry out warranty repairs for DeWalt, Black & Decker, Makita, Trend, Hitachi and Flymo electrical products whether they were purchased from us or not.

Our aim is to minimize the "down time" for your tool and affect a fast and efficient repair on your machine, using genuine parts supplied by the manufacturers.

All our service technicians are supplier trained and have over 100 years experience in diagnostics and seamless fault finding. By attending regular manufacturer "on the job" and classroom training sessions they are kept up to date with all the latest techniques.

In addition to the above services for DeWalt and Black & Decker items less than 20kg within the terms of the guarantee we can arrange to collect and return your machine fully repaired at no cost to you, from most U.K addresses.

All warranty repairs can only be carried out on C.E conformed machines and also proof of purchase will be required.
